Return and refund policy

Due to health and hygiene reasons please be advised that all our wigs are final sale. However, we may offer an exchange on our bundles and lace systems if the product is returned to us within 72 hours upon receipt of your order subject to untampered tags/seals/conditions. 

We must receive the merchandise and ensure it is intact before an exchange can be offered and CillaMalliá reserves the right to refuse an exchange in a case where the above conditions are not met.

Please note shipping costs will be at the customer's expense and we advise sending through a courier that provides tracking services as CillaMalliá will not be liable for lost packages.
