Appointment Booking Guidelines

Hey Gorgeous,

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING. 

LOCATION

  • Our studio is based on Midland Road, Bedford city center (a 20-30-minute drive from Milton Keynes, Northampton, and Luton.)

  • Once you have booked an appointment with us, you will be provided with the full address in a confirmation email

AVAILABILITY AND URGENT APPOINTMENTS  

  • Booking slots will be released at the start of every month on the 1st at 10 am (i.e. July slots will be released on the 1st of July at 10 am).

  • If you would like to book an urgent appointment with us, then please contact us on 07763312729. Our 'after-hours are between 6 am - 10 am and 6 pm -10 pm. Please note that an additional £50 will be added to your final cost.

DEPOSIT

  • A £30 deposit is required via PayPal to secure your booking. This is non-refundable and goes towards the remaining balance which must be paid in cash on the day of the appointment. 

WIG-MAKING PROCESS, DROP-OFFS, AND POSTAGE

Lace closure/frontal installation:

  • If you wish to provide your own bundles and closures for a wig to be made, please note that we must receive the hair at least 7 days prior to your appointment. You will receive our address in your confirmation email. If hair arrives too late, you may be charged an additional fee or your appointment may be rescheduled. 

  • If you are sending your hair via post, please ensure that this includes a name and returning address inside the package. Once service is complete we will post your hair back to the address provided.

  • If you wish to purchase a wig with us, before having it fitted please click here to shop/place your order before or get in touch by emailing xx. 

  • On the day of your appointment, we will install, customize, and style your wig to go. 

LATE FEE/ NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION

In this busy everyday life, it is important to be on time for your appointment. Therefore, any delay of more than 30mins will automatically cancel the booking; and the deposit may be lost. 

  • We do not charge a 'late fee' but please call or text to notify us if you are running late (but no more than 30mins).

  • Please give us a 48-hour notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Due to the size of the studio no extra guests; unless they also have an appointment.
