How are your wigs made?
All our wigs are hand-made on a mesh black cap; secured with adjustable elastic band and combs for a perfect snug fit.
How long can my wig/extensions last?
With good care and maintenance every 3-6 months; our hair could last you for years (we have witnessed many of our clients who have maintained their units for 6+ years and counting)
Do I need head measurements?
Usually, our Closure Wigs are made to fit all with our adjustable elastic band. Whereas our Customised frontal Wigs will require your head measurements for that perfect fit.
Can I provide my own hair?
Yeah, why not? But please ensure extensions are high quality in order for us to achieve the best results. However, in the case of colouring we will test a section of the extension (Approx. 2 inches) to ensure its quality is up to our standard before proceeding. Bear in mind that CillaMallia reserves the right to refuse colouring services to extensions not deemed as high quality, as we will not be liable of any damages to extensions.
How much hair would I need for my Closure/Frontal Unit?
We recommend a minimum of 3 bundles for a closure/frontal unit if the lengths are between 12-18 inches; and a minimum of 4 bundles if inches are 20 inches and above.
Do you ship World Wide?
We do! We currently ship through www.royalmail.com in the UK; and www.dhl.com to the rest of the world including Africa, America, Asia and Europe. With online facilities to track your parcel from our store to your door.
